Can I download the videos?
Mindspace TV offers videos as a streaming option only. Please ensure you have access to the internet if you are sharing the videos with clients in sessions.
What type of internet connection do I need to view the videos?
Mindspace TV videos can run on any internet connection but the quality of the video image depends on the speed of your connection. For a fast business or home Wi-Fi internet connection (ADSL 2+ and fibre etc) we recommend setting the video quality to 1080p via the settings button which on your computer and tablet is located at the bottom right in the video player window. For mobile devices (tablets and phones) using cellular internet connections we generally recommend leaving the video quality on auto (the default) though you may benefit from setting the video quality to 1080p or 720p (HD resolutions) if you have a strong 4G or 5G connection signal based on your location. When you are using Mindspace TV for the first time we recommend testing the video playback for 20-30 seconds so as to determine the optimal quality for playback at your specific location prior to a session. If you find that playback is problematic at your location you may need to get a faster internet connection or reduce the video quality via the player to a setting that works.
How many devices can I use with my Mindspace TV account?
Each Mindspace TV member can be logged in to 2 devices at one time.

Mindspace TV values compassion and community. That’s why we are a proud funding partner of The Jilya Institute, an Aboriginal community controlled not-for-profit organisation working to improve the mental health of First Nations Peoples across the country.
A major part of The Jilya Institute’s work is providing scholarships to fund the next generation of Indigenous psychologists around Australia.
Mindspace TV directs a percentage of its subscription fees to The Jilya Institute as part of our commitment to community.
